SIPquest receives third industry award in as many months

2005 Excellence in Research award from Frost & Sullivan asserts SIPquest's position as a key player in IP Telephony application development

Orlando, Florida - February 7, 2005 - SIPquest, a leading developer of SIP-based IP Telephony software components and applications has been recognized by Frost & Sullivan with the 2005 Excellence in Research Award in the field of Internet Protocol. The announcement was made from the VoiceCon 2005 trade show in Orlando, where SIPquest is currently demonstrating its latest product developments.

This award follows SIPquest's Product of the Year award from U.S.-based TMC ®'s INTERNET TELEPHONY ® magazine for its Voice over WiFi Fast Handover technology, and Pulver's naming of SIPquest to its famed top 100 list of companies to watch. Frost & Sullivan's recent analysis, Advances in Internet Protocols for Communication-SIP, awarded this honor to SIPquest in recognition of its innovation in session initiation protocol (SIP) research and development and product contributions in the Voice over WiFi domain.
